I work primarily in Davinci Resolve and Filmlight Baselight, while dabbling in Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and After Effects. I can help you understand formats, files, transcoding, colour pipelines and how to get the best out of the material you have shot with, or which cameras you intend to shoot with. I have worked on a range of projects from feature films to short films and advertising. Which covers workflows for small projects all the way up to VFX heavy ones.

BACKGROUND

I have worked in TV, Film, and Advertising for over ten years.

My experience ranges from huge Hollywood films, all the way to multi-platform spanning advertising campaigns. Whether it is short or longform, I am most interested in making images look pretty.

Brands include Vodafone, Phillips, Boots, British Airways, Hellmans, Huawei, and British Petroleum.

With short films and music videos, my work has been screened at the British Film Institute, the BBC, and a recent project is being submitted to some of the big festivals.

I have also worked with film restoration projects, which have been amoung some of the most interesting.

So if you need your film, advert, or music video colour-graded: then I am your man!

I also photograph on film which you can see on my Instagram account, so I do have an understanding of how light works, so you know that I don't just "push buttons in the right order."
